The one german lady among indian fellows .I knew that I will get that single  answer. .. "Its in my words,..and I dont need any help from anyone to push me " so simple as it is .I have got a banks pre-approval for 100 % financing for a multi-appartment house in germany.One day ,I just sat in front of   my laptop and fired all my bullets at all respective property  financing companies + property agents . No thinking , just ready>fire>aim / copy-paste, copy-paste , copy-paste ! And you believe it, my phone was ringing .They all want to sell !Some want to sell their property and some want to sell their loans. U remember the last Indian Property Show 2012 in  Dubai ? The one german lady among indian fellows .I knew that I will get that single  answer. ..
