I am also got inspired by “Rich Dad Poor Dad” pretty powerful wake up call.

Thought you might be able to help me.

I live in UK at the moment and I am planning to open a business in Dubai.

The premises we will need will be a minimum of 4000ft. I am not sure weather to look for a property to buy or a land to build the premises.

Do you know what would be the smarter thing to do?
