I just heard that the UK market has dropped 1.8% in July!

That’s quite an achievement, and they expect that prices will drop another 10-15%. :)

So why are people so afraid?

People seem to have short term memories… and I feel they pay too much attention to the news!  Every market goes through ups and downs…  that’s a fact..as I keep saying … there is one enormous property sale going on…

I bet if you negotiate with the right builder/ seller you could buy 2 get 1 free.

Imagine when prices recover.. and you start seeing 30% growth ?  It will happen… the only question is… when!
