I have never invested in property before, where do I start?

Dear Sunil,

I was just wondering, for a 31 year old single woman with a saving potential of 5000 AED per month (US$ 1350) , who has never invested in property before, where do I start?

I come from Bangalore and live in Dubai. I have no clue what to do with my disposable income but really want to try Property Investment. Please help me.

Regards,

AJ

Do I really need money Sunil?

Hi Sunil,

your site is very interesting & informative.I am working in Dubai.

I have never done any investing in Real Estate, but after reading your site, I am interested in starting investing in Real Estate. But looking at the capital require to do so, I think its impossible.

I am earning around AED 6000 /- per month.I have 2 dependants in my home state to whom I regularly send the money.

The price of properties here start at a mind boggling amount of AED 100,000/-. I am not from a rich family. So can you tell me how can people like me can use the opportunity a Real Estate Investing offers ???

Waiting in anticipation of your reply.

Thanks & Regards,

Umesh K
